The funding initiative GenoMik-Transfer comprises more than hundred research projects with high application potential. Experts from different disciplines work closely together, e.g. microbiologists, chemists, physicists, engineers, and computer scientists. Several industrial partners have been involved already in the planning phase of the research clusters. So, there is high industrial interest in the research projects which guarantees an efficient transfer of research results into industrial application.
